Tuesday Night Fish Night

I play hockey every Tuesday night. Oddly I also seem to eat fish a lot on Tuesday night. I know this because I go to hockey and think I shouldn't have eaten fish. It doesn't happen every Tuesday but it seems it is the only day I do eat fish. Take for example today.

Today I enjoyed some Saskatchewan caught pickerel, dipped in egg, then in rolled in crushed up Topables crackers, pepper, salt and then fried in a generous amount of butter. Topped off with a light tarter sauce and side of home made french cries.

The Tuesday night fish dish has been a bit of a coincidence, these sometime plague my life (in a good way). For example It was pointed out to me that I had arranged all my sports DVD's on the shelf together. I did not know that, but I like it and if I can remember I intend keep them organized so.

Also I thought I should point out, the majority of my fishing in recent years has been on Candle Lake. This is the first year I actually caught something. Glad to break that streak. And thank god for other lakes.

That's all I got for now.
